It seems former Pakistan captain and commentator
Ramiz Raja
had a bit of a slip-up during the post-match presentation after the
Multan Sultans
' 33-run victory over the
Lahore Qalandars
in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL).
While presenting the award for the best catch of the match to Ireland's Josh Little of the Multan Sultans for his dismissal of the Qalandars' Fakhar Zaman, Raja, a well-known commentator, mistakenly referred to the tournament as the "HBL IPL" instead of the PSL.

Meanwhile, the Multan Sultans celebrated their first win in PSL X by defeating the Lahore Qalandars in a high-scoring match at the Multan Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.
Sultans' opening batsman Yasir Khan made a significant impact in his first appearance of the season with an explosive innings of 87 runs. This was followed by a strong all-round bowling performance, led by pacer Ubaid Shah, which restricted the Qalandars to 195 for 9 in their 20 overs while chasing a substantial target of 229 runs.
Who's that IPL player?
Yasir's brilliant knock (87 off 44 balls, including 6 fours and 6 sixes) was instrumental in propelling the Multan Sultans to a formidable total of 228 for 5 – the highest team total ever recorded at the Multan Cricket Stadium in PSL history. He established a strong foundation with captain Mohammad Rizwan (32 off 17 balls, 4 fours, 1 six), putting together a quick 89-run opening partnership in just 45 balls.
Brief Scores
Multan Sultans: 228 for 5 in 20 overs (Yasir Khan 87, Iftikhar Ahmed 40 not out, Usman Khan 39, Mohammad Rizwan 32; Rishad Hossain 2/45)
