Atlas Metals Creates Your Perfect Custom Food Service Line
Think of a food serving line, and some grim images — and smells — may come to mind: rickety metal railings, vats of rapidly-cooling stew or gloppy room-temperature pasta salad, a color scheme reminiscent of an Army camp during World War II.
Atlas Metals offers a completely different vision of what a serving line can be. Family-run for four generations, since 1948, Atlas is committed to creating quality products that suit the needs of its customers — and last.
With the fully-customizable INFINITI line, the sky’s the limit. Atlas will work with you to create a line that suits both your space and the aesthetics of your brand. Every INFINITI system is crafted from highest quality all-welded 16-gauge stainless steel that’s built to last. But you get to choose everything else, from the setup, lighting, drop-ins, and food guards to the finish — Atlas offers a range of choices, including granite, Corian, and wood veneer. You can also add custom graphics, artistic backsplashes, multi-level shelving, heat strips, and anything else to show off your food to its best advantage.
Atlas also offers more flexible modular serving lines, which allow you to change and move elements to serve your needs as your business grows.
At the top of the line is INFINITI FIT. It has the high-end finishes of INFINITI, like 16-gauge stainless steel tops, hidden frame fronts, and customizable colors and add-ons, but in a set range of pieces and sizes engineered for long-term performance that you can rearrange to fit your space.

The mid-range BL Series is a solid blend of form and function with smooth lines, hidden casters, and sleek finishes, covered either in plastic laminate or urethane-painted panels. Choose from a full catalog of open-frame aluminum carts to serve whichever purpose you need: heated, refrigerated, non-mechanical. The BL Series is ideal for high-traffic areas like K-12 cafeterias.
The CA Series is Atlas’s most economical line, but that doesn’t mean it skimps on quality. Made from either aluminum or stainless steel, the CA Series, like the BL, offers a range of heated, refrigerated, and non-mechanical carts that you can arrange to suit your particular needs. All you need to do is plug in and you’re ready to start serving.
Once you choose your main serving line, allow Atlas to help you pick out the perfect drop-ins and food guards.
All Atlas drop-ins are made from thick-gauge stainless steel with real insulation (not foam-in-place) to make sure food stays at temperature and pre-installed components like gaskets and drainpipes so you can put them to work as soon as possible. Atlas has planned for everything you could possibly need, including hot pans, iced and refrigerated cold pans, and water stations.
Or try the VariTemp Drop-In Unit, which changes from hot to cold with the flip of a switch. The temperature fully adjusts within an hour, allowing you the flexibility to serve whatever you need. The VariTemp has a single-compressor design for easy maintenance and built-in gaskets and efficient venting for top-tier performance.
Atlas’s food guards, meanwhile, are built to meet the highest food safety standards without detracting from the overall appearance of your line. They are fully customizable, with multiple finishes to suit your space, and they’re crafted from high-quality stainless steel and long-lasting materials that won’t chip or wear.
Atlas doesn’t overlook the small details, either. From heavy-duty casters to tray slide bars, or silverware holders to self-leveling dish dispensers, Atlas produces a full range of customizable stainless steel accessories that will keep your food line moving smoothly and your customers happy.
