Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan has issued a sharp warning on the potential convergence of China, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, a new trilateral alignment that could deeply impact India’s national security and regional stability. Speaking at a think-tank event, Gen Chauhan highlighted how Pakistan is now nearly 80% armed by China, and hinted at embedded Chinese military-commercial links inside Pakistan. Amid Operation Sindoor, the first direct military engagement between two nuclear-armed states the CDS said India has 'called out Pakistan's nuclear bluff' and that conventional space for military action still exists. He also emphasized emerging threats like hypersonics, cyber warfare, and long-range drones, and reaffirmed full synergy among the Army, Navy, and Air Force. With India’s ties with Bangladesh at a low, the triangle threat is real, and growing. This is India’s evolving strategic playbook in a volatile neighbourhood.#india #pakistan #china #bangladesh #indiasecurity #chinapakistanaxis #genanilchauhan #operationsindoor #triangularthreat #nuclearconflict #indiandefence #indianarmy #indiabangladesh #cyberwarfare #toi #toibharat #bharat #trending #breakingnews #indianews
