Ariana Grande Slams 'Not Right' Ticket Resellers

Ariana Grande has addressed her fans regarding the issue of concert ticket resellers after the initial North American dates for her highly anticipated 2026 Eternal Sunshine Tour rapidly sold out earlier this week on Ticketmaster. Following the swift sell-out of face-value tickets, fans found themselves facing significantly inflated prices on the secondary resale market, with tickets appearing on platforms such as StubHub, TickPick, SeatGeek, and even on Ticketmaster's own resale section.
The pop superstar took to her Instagram Story on Saturday, September 13, to communicate directly with her fanbase. In her statement, Grande wrote, “hi my angels, i have been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course i am incredibly bothered by it.” She emphasized her commitment to resolving the situation, adding, “i’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. i hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. it’s not right.”
Grande reassured her fans that their concerns were heard and that active steps were being taken by her team. “i just wanted you to know that my team and i see it and that i care very much and we will do, and are doing, everything we can. i love you so much and thank you for your patience and understanding,” she concluded, expressing her gratitude for their support amidst the ticketing challenges.
The Eternal Sunshine Tour, which supports Grande's seventh studio album of the same name—a chart-topper on the Billboard 200—is set to feature 36 dates across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The tour is scheduled to commence on June 6, 2026, in Oakland, California, and will conclude on August 6 in London, England. Initial tour dates were announced in late August, with additional stops added to the itinerary in September, sparking immense demand among her global audience.
