Albert Ojwang's widow Nevnina pays emotional tribute to hubby ahead of burial: "He was a good man"
The 31-year-old teacher and blogger was arrested at his family home in Homa Bay county when he was about to have lunch with his family.
Ojwang's widow, dressed in a stylish black long dress, the heartbroken widow reminisced about their great days together, admitting she would miss her dear husband a lot.
Nevnina showed courage during her husband's burial. Nevnina pampered her man with love, describing him as a good man. She thanks supporters who attended Ojwang's funeral, revealing he would have turned 32 on July 7, during Kenyans to join in the Saba Saba Day protests.
"My name is Nevnina.... I'm from Kakdhimu, I'm the wife of Albert. I want to say a big thanks to comrades. You have stood with us, and it means a lot. Albert was a good man. Though he has passed through the hands of police officers and died like that, I hope he is going to get justice, but we can only get this justice if you help us. July 7 would have been Albert's birthday, and it will be Saba Saba as well. I want to urge you to come out in large numbers and celebrate Albert. My parents are here, and I would like them to talk briefly. Thank you," she said before passing the mic.

Nevnina shared details of their Kisumu meeting, revealing it started with casual chats and later blossomed into something serious.
The grieving widow and her beloved husband had formalised their union just two months before he was killed.
Nevnina recalled their last conversation with her husband, where he affirmed his love for her, asking her to be strong for their son.
She disclosed Ojwang told her they would see each other soon, but he never made it back home.
