If you liked ABC's fall schedule from 2024, you're going to like it in 2025. There aren't many changes at all to the schedule, but thanks to ABC's excellent year across multiple online platforms — namely Hulu — the linear schedule probably doesn't matter that much.

Mondays in the fall will once again belong to the show that is undefeated in prime time: Monday Night Football. Tuesdays will also be unchanged, with Dancing with the Stars, ABC's top non-sports show in total viewers and ratings, leading into High Potential, which is huge on Hulu and returns for its second season, beginning on Sept. 16. High Potential is ABC's only scripted fall series premiering in September.

A slight tweak to Wednesdays sees Shifting Gears, which premiered in January 2025, join the fall lineup with Abbott Elementary, The Golden Bachelor, and Shark Tank, which moves to Wednesdays from Fridays beginning Oct. 1. Thursdays are also a tad different, with ABC's only new series of the season, 9-1-1: Nashville, sandwiched between 9-1-1 and Grey's Anatomy. Chris O'Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, LeAnn Rimes, and and Kimberly Williams-Paisley star in 9-1-1: Nashville. That new Thursday night kicks off on Oct. 16.

ABC canceled Doctor Odyssey well after it announced its fall schedule, but said there's a chance it could end up elsewhere. New seasons of American Idol, Celebrity Jeopardy! The Rookie, and Will Trent will premiere sometime in 2026.

Here's everything you need to know about ABC's fall 2025 TV lineup.
