4 dead, 20 injured in bus crash in Peru's Lima region-Xinhua
LIMA, July 11 (Xinhua) -- At least four people were killed and over 20 injured early Friday when an interprovincial bus overturned in Paramonga in the north of Peru's Lima region, local media reported.
The bus was traveling from Caraz to Lima when it crashed near the 19-km mark of the Pativilca-Huaraz highway, between the areas of Olla Chica and Olla Grande.
Many of the injured, who suffered fractures and other traumatic injuries, were transported to hospitals in Pativilca and Barranca. Some remained in serious condition. ■
