This disruption led to significant changes in the evening's lineup, most notably delaying headliner Lainey Wilson's set by about an hour to 10:30 p.m. and leading to the removal of Journey from the bill. Riley Green's scheduled set was also cancelled, and other artists like Pitbull and Gavin Adcock saw their performance times adjusted or cut short.

Despite the challenges, five-time Billboard Country Airplay chart-topper Lainey Wilson delivered a triumphant performance on Stagecoach’s massive Mane Stage. She expressed profound gratitude to the packed crowd for their resilience, stating, "Thank you so much for sticking out the wind." Wilson encouraged the concertgoers, suggesting they might have "sat in y’alls cars for a bit and drank some tequila," before declaring their collective intention to "have a d–n good time, and that’s what we gonna do."
