He further hinted at a potential departure from Liverpool after an upcoming game against Brighton and explicitly stated having “no relationship” with manager Arne Slot, fueling widespread speculation about his continuity at the club.

Despite signing a short-term contract extension in April, tying him to Liverpool until 2027, Salah’s on-field performance this season has seen a noticeable dip. With only 5 goals and 3 assists in 19 appearances across all competitions, concerns have emerged that he might be past his prime.
