Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has publicly accused her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of a sustained campaign of abuse, manipulation, and deliberate attempts to destroy her public image. In a lengthy Instagram story posted on Monday morning, the 24-year-old actress alleged that the Delta North senator is actively trying to “ruin” her both publicly and privately. She claims these efforts are strategically aimed at gaining custody of their children and controlling the public narrative surrounding their troubled marriage. Daniels explicitly stated, “Ned, can you actually leave me alone? Why are you trying so hard to ruin me publicly and privately, because you know, in my part of the world, a good reputation equals money.” She further emphasized, “Don’t forget the media loves entertainment and I am an entertainer — but I’m tiredddd!! You trapped my life since I was 17, so this is me fighting for my freedom.”

Among the most serious accusations, Regina Daniels claimed that her husband introduced her to the drug ecstasy, commonly known as Molly, early in their marriage. She alleged this was done to “satisfy” his sexual preferences, stating, “You introduced me to the drugs, ecstasy (Molly), just to be able to satisfy you, and that’s the only drug I know of which reduced the rape because it made our sexual life wild.” She went on to describe his alleged preference for women to be “wild and erotic,” while he himself reportedly took Viagra, which she claims led to his frequent blood pressure spikes. Daniels recounted having to rush him to the hospital countless times for the same reason.

Daniels further accused Nwoko of orchestrating a “fake drug report” as a tactic to discredit her and seize custody of their children, condemning the move as “insane and demeaning.” She also claimed that the politician, despite his age, has been actively “forming a camp” against her, using his influence to label her a drug addict in the media. According to Daniels, these actions are deliberate attempts to invalidate her claims and weaken her position in the custody battle. She wrote, “As old as you are, you are forming a camp against 24-year-old me. You have been calling me a drug head, then leave me alone! Saying I need rehab is just your way of trying to discredit me in getting my kids.”

The actress, who married Nwoko in 2019, asserted that she has endured years of emotional control and persistent threats throughout their marriage. She issued a stern warning that if the senator continues his alleged campaign against her, she is prepared to “dig, spill everything,” including potential “murder cases, land grabbing, and fraud.” Daniels expressed concern for Nwoko's health, urging him to “respect yourself” and avoid being sent to an “early grave” by her impending revelations, stating, “As the father of my kids, I know health-wise you are not sound, and I don’t want to send you to your early grave, respect yourself.”

Further adding to her grievances, Daniels accused Nwoko of repeatedly attempting to shut down her Instagram account, which she views as her sole platform for self-expression. She reflected on the years of public criticism she faced due to her marriage to the significantly older senator, emphasizing that she endured it to preserve their family. In a plea for resolution, she urged Nwoko to “Just marry a new wife and leave me alone — isn’t that what you said you would do? Use that one [to] console yourself.” This public outburst marks the latest and a significant escalation in the ongoing, high-profile marital dispute between Regina Daniels and Senator Ned Nwoko, following earlier allegations and counter-claims involving drug use, manipulation, and defamation from both sides.
