Pop Star Demi Lovato Marks One-Year Anniversary with Husband Jordan Lutes

Pop star Demi Lovato, 33, and Canadian musician Jordan “Jutes” Lutes, 35, recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary with heartfelt tributes shared on social media.
On Monday, May 25, Lovato took to Instagram to commemorate 365 days of marriage with her husband, best friend, and “favorite human” Jutes.
In a series of romantic throwback photos, Lovato expressed her enduring love, stating, “1 year married to the one i love the most, my best friend and my favorite human
@jutesmusic 365 days ago i stood across from u reciting my vows, thinking it wasn’t possible to love u anymore than i already do, but here we r a year later, and somehow i love u even more than that. this has been the best year of my life.”
She cherished specific memories that made their first year special, including morning snuggles, random slow dances, early exits from parties for Taco Bell, and late nights filled with laughter and goofy antics. “these r memories i cherish and cannot wait to make more of. i love u so much.. happy anniversary baby!!” she concluded.
Jutes reciprocated the affection with his own Instagram post and a comment on Lovato’s tribute.
He wrote, “I will never ever know how I ended up with someone as special as u. My favorite human and my whole universe. I love u so much baby.”
In his dedicated post, he captioned a series of snapshots with, “Happy one year anniversary to my wifey! It’s crazy to think a year has gone by already, and somehow I love you even more than I did a year ago.
You’re SO clearly my soulmate and the best friend I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to see you and devour your face. I love u beyond words baby.”
The couple officially tied the knot in California in May 2024. Their relationship first became Instagram official in August 2022, and they announced their engagement the following year.
An Ottawa native, Jutes is an independent musician who collaborated with Lovato on her 2022 album Holy Fvck, co-writing several tracks including “Substance,” “Happy Ending,” and “City ofAngels.”
The album achieved commercial success, debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Both artists are currently engaged with their respective music careers. The Grammy-nominated Demi Lovato is presently on her “It’s Not That Deep” tour, supporting her latest album of the same name, while Jutes is concluding his “Far From Dilworth” European trek.
