P!nk’s Mexico Tour Faces Setback as Mexico City Shows Are Canceled

Pop superstar P!nk has canceled her upcoming concerts in Mexico City that were scheduled for April 26 and 27 at the GNP Seguros Stadium. The announcement was made by concert promoter Ocesa, which cited unforeseen logistical complications affecting the event.

According to Ocesa, the situation was beyond the control of the artist, promoter, and venue, forcing the cancellation of the shows. The concerts were expected to mark P!nk’s first performances in Mexico in more than two decades, making the news particularly disappointing for fans who had eagerly awaited her return.

Other Artists Also Affected

The disruption also impacted other performances in Mexico City. Regional Mexican singer Carolina Ross had her May 2 concert at the Teatro Metropólitan canceled due to similar logistical challenges. Ocesa clarified that Ross’s cancellation was unrelated to P!nk’s situation.

Argentine rapper Lucho SSJ also saw his show at Foro Puebla called off, with the promoter again citing logistical reasons beyond the control of the artist, venue, or organizer.

Refunds for Ticket Holders

Fans who purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster Mexico will receive automatic full refunds, including service fees, returned to the original payment card according to bank processing timelines.

Those who purchased tickets at box offices will be able to obtain refunds directly at their point of purchase in the coming days. Refunds for Carolina Ross’s show will be available starting March 12, while refunds for Lucho SSJ’s canceled performance began March 8.

Despite the disappointment surrounding the cancellations, Ocesa expressed appreciation for fans’ patience and understanding as the company navigates these unexpected logistical challenges.
