Healing Appalachia, a recovery-focused sober music festival, and grassroots recovery grants for frontline organizations will also benefit.

Beyond the memorabilia, Perry’s 1995 SAG Award for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a television comedy series is up for purchase.

A personal collection of artwork from artists such as Banksy and Mel Bochner further rounds out the offerings, and Perry died on Oct. 28, 2023, from the effects of ketamine use.

Proxy bidding opened Tuesday, and interested parties can preview items at Heritage Auctions’ Beverly Hills showroom from May 18 to 29.

“Matthew believed addiction should be met with compassion and science, not stigma and silence,” said Lisa Kasteler Calio, CEO of the Matthew Perry Foundation. “This auction fuels the foundation’s work to expand access to evidence-based care and confront stigma.”
