Fifty vehicles have been unveiled to support this widespread campaign effort.
Minister of State for Defence Bello Matawalle has announced the launch of ‘Tinubu Again,’ a grassroots mobilisation movement targeting more than 20 million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other APC candidates in the 2027 elections.
Matawalle said the movement will be formally launched soon before expanding its operations across communities nationwide, with a fleet of 50 vehicles already unveiled to support its activities. The initiative will rely heavily on door-to-door mobilisation to communicate the Tinubu administration’s policies, programmes and plans to voters, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
Beyond the presidential election, Matawalle said ‘Tinubu Again’ will mobilise support for APC candidates contesting governorship, senatorial, House of Representatives and State Assembly elections.
He expressed confidence that sustained grassroots engagement would help the party secure victories across the different levels of government while urging Nigerians to remain patient with the administration and support Tinubu’s re-election bid. The movement’s stated goal is to translate its nationwide mobilisation efforts into more than 20 million votes for Tinubu and the APC in 2027.
Matawalle stressed that the campaign would take the administration’s message directly to voters rather than relying solely on conventional political outreach. He said members of the movement would work continuously to explain Tinubu’s vision and programmes while building support for APC candidates ahead of the polls. The planned nationwide grassroots campaign is expected to intensify as the 2027 general elections draw closer, following the movement’s formal launch.
