These limited-time events were designed to bring the album to life for fans, offering immersive visuals and décor, exclusive shopping opportunities, and unique content creation experiences.

Two primary types of pop-ups were established for the album's launch. The "Confessions II Pop-Up" locations in New York and Los Angeles were open through July 5. The Los Angeles event, located at 8471 Melrose Avenue, CA 90069, ran from July 3-5, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, presented by Warner Records in collaboration with Please & Thank You. Access to this pop-up was free. The New York "Confessions II Pop-Up" was hosted at The Drop House, 12 East 14th Street, NY 10003, also running July 3-5 with varied opening hours (July 3: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., July 4: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., July 5: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.). This New York location, presented and produced by The Drop House, also offered free access.

Both "Confessions II Pop-Up" locations provided an array of exclusive "Confessions II" merchandise, alongside vinyl, CD, and cassette editions of the album. Notably, the Los Angeles pop-up premiered a TikTok-exclusive vinyl variant. Visitors had abundant photo opportunities themed to the new album and its lyrics, set amidst disco balls and "Confessions II"-hued lighting. Fans could even recreate the iconic "Confessions II" album cover, complete with a purple veil, and potentially acquire Madonna-branded "Holy Water." The New York location was also the only physical venue to offer the Bilt-exclusive vinyl variant.

In addition to these, a separate series of "TikTok-presented House of Confessions" installations ran from July 3-4 in New York and London. These events were part of TikTok's recently announced global partnership with Madonna, which also included the "iHeartRadio and TikTok LIVE Premiere With Madonna" broadcast event on July 2. The New York "TikTok House of Confessions" was situated at 188 Lafayette Street, NY 10013, open July 3-4, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. The London counterpart was held at The Vinyl Factory at Phonica Records, 51 Poland Street, Soho, London, W1F 7ND, from July 3-4, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time. While access to both "House of Confessions" events was free, advance reservations via Citizen Ticket were required.
