Reality star Katie Price has sparked considerable worry among her fanbase following a recent Instagram post that displayed a notably slimmer physique. The 47-year-old shared an image of herself in a pink crochet bralette, where her tanned skin and long blonde hair were evident, but it was her exceptionally flat stomach and prominent collarbones that caught the attention of her followers. This photograph has amplified growing concerns regarding her dramatic weight loss, which has reportedly left the former glamour model feeling "terrified." Towards the end of September, Price was seen with a significant white dressing on her hand after a hospital visit where she underwent multiple blood tests. These tests were an attempt to uncover the reason behind her unexplained weight loss, as reported by the Mirror.

Addressing her followers on Snapchat, Katie explained the challenges of the blood tests due to her "rubbish" veins, which required three attempts and only yielded two tubes of blood, necessitating a follow-up appointment in two weeks. She also mentioned an upcoming appointment to have stitches removed after an accidental cut while preparing food. "The reason I'm going to the doctors is because I keep losing weight and I don't know why," she confessed.

Adding to her health anxieties, the former I'm A Celebrity contestant, who has long faced body confidence issues, recently voiced fears that her current medical problems might be linked to a past cancer scare. Price was previously diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of soft tissue cancer in her finger, while pregnant with her eldest son, Harvey. "The same finger – this is about three weeks ago – I thought, have I knocked it? Because it hurts when I push it, but there's no lump," she shared on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, expressing her hope that it wasn't a recurrence of cancer.

A source close to the star revealed to OK! magazine that Katie is "terrified" about her health, specifically "fretting that this new lump is another cancer." The source also noted her desire to have another baby, which is compounded by worries about her health not being optimal.

The concerning Instagram post coincides with a significant financial blow for the mother-of-five. A recent court ruling dictated that 40 percent of her monthly income from various companies must be directed towards her creditors until 2027. This decision followed a judge's criticism of her "extravagant pattern of expenditure." This ruling marks the latest chapter in years of financial turmoil for Price, who has already faced bankruptcy twice, first in 2019 and again in 2024 over an unpaid £750,000 tax bill. Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Stephen Baister commented, "The bankrupt's expenditure seems to have exceeded her income, but that is only because she has adopted an extravagant pattern of expenditure, that of course she is now going to have to trim somewhat."
