Ather Energy Revolutionizes EV Market with Flexible, Scalable Tech Platform
Ather Energy Ltd is making a strategic pivot towards a more flexible technology platform, the EL, to better adapt to evolving market conditions and diverse consumer demands. This new platform, recently unveiled by Ather, is designed to accommodate a wide array of formats, vehicle body types, battery packs, chemistries, and features, enabling the company to develop a comprehensive range of products over the next five years. This move positions Ather alongside competitors like Ola Electric, with its Gen 4 platform for various EV segments, and Mahindra & Mahindra, whose platform supports both internal combustion and electric vehicles, echoing a similar approach taken by Tata Motors.
