Andela, the Nigeria-born global engineering talent marketplace, has acquired Woven, a specialized technical assessment company known for its ability to simulate real engineering work. This strategic move aims to significantly advance Andela's capabilities for evaluating and matching engineering talent, particularly in the rapidly evolving artificial intelligence (AI) era.

As part of the deal, Wes Winham Winler, Woven’s founder and chief executive officer, will join Andela.
