One of my go-to recipes — a Spanish-style tomato rice from the Anyday brand itself — is perfect for elevating my favorite Mexican dishes of chicken flautas and enfrijoladas. Rice has always been one of the things I’ve struggled to make, no matter how many times I practice. Using the deep 4-cup Anyday dish, however, practically guarantees perfect rice every time — and in the microwave, at that! With a built-in vented knob on the lid for splatter-free heating, it’s made cooking so much easier (and faster).

The high-quality borosilicate glass and plastic-free lid make it easy to store leftovers such as soups, pastas, grilled chicken thighs, and roasted veggies in the fridge. They’re also dishwasher-safe, which is a huge plus for the times I do cook with them — especially when I’m eating whatever I cooked right out of the container. They’re also freezer- and oven-safe for storing and reheating leftovers or meals that require the oven.
