Urgent recall notice issued for Mini Milk ice lollies
29th June 2025
With temperatures rising, many of us will be heading to the freezer and grabbing an ice cream or two over the coming days. Amid the heatwave, Wall’s has issued an urgent recall notice for its hugely popular Mini Milk ice lollies.
Wall’s is recalling batches of the popular Mini Milk ice lollies sold at UK retailers as a labelling error means that the ingredients and allergens information is printed in Spanish instead of English.
This means that customers may unknowingly consume the ice lollies without being aware of potential allergens. The lollies contain milk, and may also contain pistachios, peanuts, and soy, so it’s essential that anyone with an allergy or intolerance is aware of the possible presence of these in the ice lollies.
The Mini Milks being recalled are as follows:
Pack size: 10 x 35ml Mini Milk Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate Ice Cream Lollies
Best before date: May 2027
Batch codes: L5123, L5126, L5127, L5128, L5129, L5141 and L5142
The Government’s Food Standards Agency has issued the following advice to anyone who has purchased the ice lollies: “If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or an allergy to nuts (pistachios) and/or an allergy to peanuts and/or soya, do not eat it.”
You can email Unilever’s Careline Team at [email protected] for further advice and details on how to claim a refund.
