It follows a devastating fire which ripped through the Newcastle Road venue in the early hours of this morning. The A34 Newcastle Road remains closed this morning.
West Midlands Ambulance Service had been called to the scene at 3.59am today.
An ambulance service spokesman said: "We were called by the fire service to reports of a building fire on Newcastle Road. An ambulance and a paramedic officer responded to the scene. Two occupants, a man and a woman, were assessed and treated by ambulance staff for minor injuries before being conveyed to the nearby Royal Stoke University Hospital for further checks."
Staffordshire Police have cordoned off the fire-hit venue. Any witnesses can call the police on 101.
