Mad Max: Fury Road was released in theaters in 2015. It then took George Miller nine years to get back in the driving seat for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, which was released in 2024. It's currently uncertain whether Warner Bros. will let George Miller get behind the wheel of another Mad Max film, or if Rockatansky's time in the wasteland has come to an end.
