Tessa Thompson, the acclaimed 42-year-old actress, recently discussed her diverse career, encompassing her roles in the critically praised film Hedda and the upcoming Netflix psychological thriller miniseries His & Hers. Interviewed in a sophisticated setting, Thompson exuded a patient serenity and intentional ambition, reflecting her strong leadership qualities and generous nature. The timing for His & Hers was perfect, as Thompson was already in Atlanta for Creed III, close to Dahlonega, Georgia, where the miniseries is set. Thompson and Oldroyd quickly agreed to film on location for authenticity. She found Oldroyd to be disarmingly charming, a contrast to the bleak tone of his previous works, and notes his desire to create something
