Southbound Route 28 is shut down in Sharpsburg after a tanker truck flipped onto its side.
PennDOT’s 511 Map shows the southbound lanes of the roadway are closed near the intersection with Route 8.
A photo sent to Channel 11 shows a tanker truck flipped on its side, with fluid leaking from it.
