Stock market this week: This week, three major corporate actions will take place in the Indian equity markets. The board of Hindustan Zinc and HUDCO will mull fundraise. On the other hand, BEL shares will trade ex-date for an interim dividend this week. Meanwhile, HUDCO will announce a dividend for its shareholders. Also, Indian stock market will remain closed to observe Holi this week.

If we talk about Sensex, Nifty last week, the Indian benchmark indices closed in red after facing volatility on Friday (March 7) as uninterrupted foreign fund outflows and uncertainties over global trade war dampened investors' sentiment.

On Friday, March 07, Sensex lost 7.51 points or 0.01 per cent to settle at 74332.58. Meanwhile, Nifty went up by 7.80 points or 0.03 per cent to close at 22552.50.
