Star-Studded Lineup Unleashed: Austin City Limits Festival 2026 Reveals Massive Headliners!

The 25th anniversary edition of the Austin City Limits Festival is poised to take over Austin’s Zilker Park for two weekends, running from October 2-4 and October 9-11. This landmark event promises a vibrant mix of rock, pop, dance, country, and folk music spread across nine stages, celebrating a quarter-century of musical tradition.

Headlining this special anniversary are an impressive array of artists including Charli xcx, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Twenty One Pilots, Lorde, Skrillex (weekend one), Kings of Leon (weekend), and The xx. These acts lead a diverse lineup designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of music lovers.

Beyond the headliners, the festival will feature performances from numerous other notable artists. Weekend one attendees can look forward to sets from Turnstile, Labrinth, Lola Young, The Chainsmokers, Geese, Young Miko, Bleachers, SOFI TUKKER, Parcels, The War On Drugs, Leon Thomas, Killers singer Brandon Flowers (weekend one), Blood Orange, Lykke Li, Suki Waterhouse, Amyl and the Sniffers, Snow Strippers, and Cannons (weekend one). For those attending weekend two, the lineup includes Steve Aoki, Jesse Welles, Fakemink, Saint Motel, Houndmouth (weekend two), Fcukers, Paris Paloma, LP, Natasha Bedingfield (weekend two), and Skye Newman.

Tickets for the festival went on sale on Tuesday, May 5, at 1 p.m. ET. Available options include three-day general admission (GA), GA+, VIP, and Platinum tickets, with layaway plans offered for convenience. One-day tickets are slated to go on sale at a later date. The festival maintains a family-friendly environment, welcoming children aged eight and under free of charge in all general admission areas when accompanied by a ticketed adult. The lineup for Austin Kiddie Limits, a dedicated area for younger festival-goers, will be announced later this summer.

In addition to the extensive musical programming, the Austin City Limits Festival will offer several unique experiences. The Bonus Tracks stage, described as the smallest platform, will host an eclectic mix of artist interviews, podcast recordings, cooking demonstrations, drag performances, and other surprises. For those unable to attend in person, Disney+ and Hulu will provide a comprehensive streaming experience, broadcasting select live performances and interviews across all three days of the first weekend, with a full broadcast lineup and schedule to be released later this summer. This year's event also introduces a custom “Festival Persona” in-app experience. This innovative feature will analyze a user's Spotify listening history to highlight overlaps with the 2026 ACL lineup, generating a customized persona based on their music habits and creating a bespoke playlist to enhance their festival journey.
