Robert Sims is appointed as a judge, a role Common described as the most demanding he's encountered on the show, stating, "Man, this is the most I've had to do." Similarly, Camille Sims steps into the critical position of head of IT, a responsibility Riley admitted was initially daunting, adding, "I was scared." She further elaborated on her character's burden, noting, "She's now responsible for 10,000 people, as well as trying to save her marriage and look after her son. It was a lot."

Both actors expressed their satisfaction with the depth and complexity of their roles in Season 3. Common found Robert Sims' storyline particularly "rich" and "fresh," enjoying the expanded scope of his character. Riley embraced the challenge, viewing it as an opportunity to delve deeper into Camille's emotional range and abilities, stating that it was something "every actor thrives for."

When asked about their most anticipated episodes for viewers, Common highlighted Episode 305. For him, this episode represented the most extensive work he's undertaken in the series, featuring numerous dynamics and significant character revelations, making it one of his all-time favorites. Alexandria Riley, on the other hand, pointed to Episode 9, describing it as "the pinnacle of intensity" and a particularly challenging and difficult experience from an acting perspective.

Looking ahead to the fourth and final season, both stars offered exciting teasers, promising an elevated experience for fans. Common enthusiastically proclaimed that Season 4 represents "the highest level we've reached," emphasizing the show's continuous evolution. Riley added that the final season moves "at an extremely fast pace," with "everything picks up" in terms of action and overall intensity, confirming that "everything is heightened."

Riley noted the positive buzz on set from execs and her own experience of being recognized by fans on the tube, expressing that the show's positive reception is "a gift." While acknowledging the show's complexity, they both appreciate the passionate interest from its growing fanbase.
