ServicePower, a leading provider of field service management software, has acquired Inveniam, a French-based company specializing in AI-powered computer vision technology. Inveniam's technology is designed to automate quality assurance for field operations, marking a significant advancement in ServicePower's mission to drive innovation and automation within the global field service management industry.
Inveniam offers a fully managed AI-powered visual analysis solution tailored for enterprises in the telecommunications, utilities, and complex infrastructure sectors. Their solutions provide real-time quality assurance and operational assessments, along with guidance for field technicians through computer vision and AI techniques. This acquisition will enable ServicePower to offer data-driven, automated insights that aim to reduce costs, enhance technician efficiency, and improve customer experience.
Frank Gelbart, CEO of ServicePower, stated that this acquisition is a transformative milestone, enabling a new level of intelligence in the field through AI technology for smarter decision-making, real-time visual diagnostics, and better service outcomes. Ahmed Ghorbal, founder and CEO of Inveniam, added that integrating their technology into ServicePower's platform amplifies their impact, moving towards smarter, more autonomous, and highly efficient field operations.
The integration of Inveniam’s technology will allow ServicePower customers to benefit from AI-powered visual data capture and analysis. This automation spans from fiber optic installation checks to asset condition monitoring, driving higher first-time fix and install rates, reducing manual oversight, and supporting predictive service models. ServicePower plans to integrate Inveniam’s capabilities into its platform over the coming months, with solutions designed for telecommunications, utilities, and infrastructure.
The transaction officially closed on May 6, 2025, with financial details remaining undisclosed. ServicePower, headquartered in McLean, Virginia, operates across the US and EMEA, providing AI-powered field service management software trusted by Fortune 500 companies. Inveniam, founded in 2018, is known for its innovative approach to enhancing operational efficiency through advanced visual data analysis.
