Scottish activewear brand DFYNE tops The Sunday Times Hundred list

It’s the fourth annual ranking of its kind examining Britain’s fastest-growing companies with revenues of less than £250 million, and a raft of fashion and sportswear brands have made the list, many in the top 30.

At number four is Essex-based fashion brand Odd Muse, which has hit sales of £25 million and growth of 268%, while at number seven is Accrington-based menswear, sportswear and footwear brand CAPO, which was founded in 2017 and has seen growth of 192% hitting sales of £12.5 million.

London-based jewellery brand D Louise is at number nine with sales of £6.6 million and growth of 185.5%, Liverpool-based sportswear brand Montirex, founded by friends Daniel Yuen and Kieran Riddell-Austin in 2019, is at number 18 with sales of £76.7 million and growth of 144%, and Manchester fashion brand Adanola is at number 25 with sales of £84.4 million and growth of 127.5%.

Other notable fashion and sportswear names in the top 50 include women’s activewear brand Oner Active at 34, with sales of £80.8 million and growth of 110.8%, Six Stories bridalwear at 36 with sales of £10 million and growth of 110.6%, and outdoor clothing brand Passenger at number 46 with sales of £57.3 million and growth of 95.3%.

Then at 52 comes womenswear retailer With Nothing Underneath (sales of £5.7 million, growth of 87.7%), at 54 is womenswear retailer Disturbia (sales of £35.1 million, growth of 86%), at 62 is Nobody’s Child (sales of £37 million, growth of 80%), at 72 is Jaded London (sales of £51 million, growth of 72%), and at 76 is Blakely Clothing (sales of £58.6 million, growth of 69.8%).

Rounding out the fashion and clothing names on the list, at 85 is footwear brand Sole Bliss (sales of £13.7 million, growth of 62.5%) at 86 is Club L London (sales of £67 million, growth of 62%) and at number 93 is outdoor clothing brand ThruDark (sales of £13.1 million, growth of 59.5%).

The list is compiled by a network of reporters across The Times newspapers who examine sales growth figures across private companies, excluding those selling their own technology, which feature in a separate table.
