Sarah Ferguson's Business Empire Collapses Amid New Epstein Scandal Revelations

Six businesses linked to Sarah Ferguson, the Former Duchess of York, are being wound down following renewed scrutiny connected to the latest release of documents tied to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
According to filings with Companies House, Ferguson, 64, is listed as the sole director of the six firms, which are set to be dissolved unless formal objections are submitted.
The companies facing dissolution include S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd.
All were established more than a decade ago and are largely classified as dormant, reflecting minimal commercial activity in recent years.
Despite these closures, Ferguson remains director of three other registered ventures: Ginger and Moss, a lifestyle brand; Coat, a Motion Picture Production Company; and Librasol, listed under artistic creation.
Recent company filings show that late last year she updated her name across several business records from “Sarah Duchess of York” to “Sarah Margaret Ferguson.”
The timing coincides with heightened public attention following the newest batch of Epstein-related documents.
The released files reportedly include email exchanges suggesting Ferguson sought financial assistance and employment advice from Epstein amid reported debts of £6 million.
In one May 2010 message, she allegedly wrote that she was “the most capable and desperately need the money,” asking him to consider hiring her.
Additional exchanges dated 2011 reportedly contain personal remarks expressing frustration and emotional hurt, with many communications occurring after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring a minor for prostitution.
The documents also reference awareness of the correspondence by Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence for child sex trafficking offenses.
Sources cited in reporting claim the emails caused tension and irritation within Epstein’s circle.
The fallout appears to extend beyond corporate matters.
Earlier this month, Ferguson’s charity, Sarah’s Trust, announced its closure “for the foreseeable future,” and several charities — including Teenage Cancer Trust — reportedly ended their association with her.
Additionally, a previously planned book release was cancelled last autumn, with unsold copies reportedly pulped following reputational concerns.
A representative for Ferguson has been approached for comment regarding the business dissolutions and the renewed attention surrounding the Epstein files.
