Sabrina Carpenter is putting her own sartorial stamp on Paris Fashion Week with an unexpected hair transformation that included the departure of her signature curtain bangs. Stepping out for the Dior Homme Menswear Spring/Summer 2026 show on Friday, June 27, the "Espresso" singer debuted a new, sleek hairstyle that was longer, straighter, and noticeably bang-less.

Of course, Carpenter's bangs did not simply disappear over night; rather, she strategically clipped them to the side with an oversized black barrette, all the better to emphasize her millennial side part. Her long locks fell past her shoulders in loose curls, a stark contrast to the Marilyn Monroe-inspired updos she often sports on the red carpet.
Carpenter's Dior look was likewise a departure from her typical penchant for Old Hollywood glamour. The demure gray skirt suit was strikingly simple and modest, featuring a buttoned up, cinched waist blazer and a pleated gray skirt. She finished off the look with one of fashion's most iconic accessories: the Lady Dior bag.

Prior to her arrival at Paris Fashion Week, Carpenter's most recent head-turning appearance was of course at last month's Met Gala, where she arrived pants-free in a burgundy Louis Vuitton look styled by Pharrell.

"I'm such a massive fan of Pharrell's and had been to the show and was just like, 'If I could go this year with him that would be my dream,' and it came true," Carpenter explained in a red carpet interview, adding, "He was like, 'You’re short so no pants for you!' So here we are."
