Russia and Belarus have jointly shown the upgraded BTR-60MB3. The video was shown by journalist and presenter Alexey Egorov. The BTR-60MB3 was shown by the 140th Repair Plant of the Republic of Belarus. The upgrade was carried out for the Asian and African markets. The BTR-60MB3 is now equipped with two Belarusian D-245 12S diesel engines with a total capacity of 218 hp. The APC uses a remotely controlled combat module with 14.5 mm KPVT and 7.62 mm PKT machine guns, with dual-axis stabilization and a panoramic commander's sight. Additionally, thermal imaging cameras for the commander and weapons operator were installed on the turret, with a 360-degree view. The troop compartment now has new seats to optimize space for soldiers. There is no additional external armor, but the internal armor may have been improved.

A decent upgrade but they should have switched to a single engine.
