Renée Zellweger stopped by SiriusXM’s Town Hall with the cast of “Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy” hosted by Andy Cohen at SiriusXM Studios today in New York City. During the chat, she was joined by her co-stars Leo Woodall and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

When it comes to platforms, with their elevated sole and high heel (typically 4 inches or more), they deliver increased height without sacrificing comfort. The platform’s height offsets the heel height, allowing for a taller shoe than traditional pumps.  To prioritize comfort, experts suggest a maximum heel height of 3 inches; subtract the platform height from the heel height to determine this. For example, a 3.75-inch heel would require a .75-inch platform to maintain comfort.
