Regina Daniels' Family Meltdown: Explosive Accusations and Shocking Revelations Rock Ned Nwoko Marriage

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has publicly expressed deep distress over her marriage to Ned Nwoko, stating a profound change in her husband, whom she now describes as a "monster." Regina alleged that Ned sent his thugs to beat her up, a betrayal she found unimaginable given her perception of being the "love of his life." She revealed sacrificing her virginity and even suppressing her jealousy to become his sixth wife, only to feel that it was still not enough. Overwhelmed and exhausted by the marital turmoil, she declared the marriage to be "over" and vowed to leave the "cursed" union.

Adding to the controversy, Georgina, in a social media video released on October 20, challenged Ned Nwoko's narrative. She argued that Ned began courting Regina at 16, married her at 18, and fathered a child with her shortly after. Georgina emphasized that Regina was "whole and naive" when she entered the marriage and questioned at what point Regina allegedly developed a drug abuse trait. Criticizing Ned's press release accusing his 25-year-old wife of drug abuse, Georgina questioned societal complicity, asking if "might is right." While acknowledging she is not a fan of Regina and views her as a victim whose youth was traded for wealth by a "greedy mother," Georgina contended that Regina's actions, such as smoking shisha, were typical of her age and occurred under the protection of a man who was supposed to nurture her. She demanded to know when the virgin Ned married became a "drug dealer," and berated the lawmaker for his silence regarding Regina and her brother's alleged drug abuse under his roof. Georgina called for Ned to step aside for an investigation into both the domestic violence allegations from Regina and his own drug abuse claims against Regina and her brother.

Regina Daniels' 55-year-old father, Jude Ojegwu, revealed his long-standing disapproval of the marriage. He stated that he felt "ashamed" watching his 18-year-old daughter marry a 70-year-old man, who was even older than himself. Ojegwu recounted advising Regina against the marriage, explaining that his wife, Rita, dismissed his concerns as being an "enemy of progress" and wished him death. Consequently, he distanced himself, allowing Regina to follow her own path, and did not attend her wedding out of anger. Observing the current "crumbling" state of the marriage, Ojegwu noted it was an outcome he had foreseen, expressing hope that Regina would ultimately find peace in her matrimonial home.
