The rain didn’t dampen the spirits of those taking in the 3rd Annual Red Bluff Music, Arts and Food Festival in downtown Montgomery.

The three-day event features all sorts of activities that started Friday evening and lasts through Sunday.

Rain fell through about midday Saturday but was well out of the area for music at the Riverfront Amphitheater by nightfall.
