Clemson Rural Health's mobile health unit will be in Salem, SC providing comprehensive primary and acute care services.  Services include chronic disease management, medication management, vaccines, sick visits, annual well visits, preventative services, referrals to specialists, referrals for imaging, and more! We accept most major insurance payers including Medicare and Medicaid and offer discounts for self-pay patients. Payment is due at the time of service. We can only accept card payment on the mobiles.
