President Tinubu Lauds NMDPRA CEO, Ahmed For Steady Leadership
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commended, pioneer & serving Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, Farouk Ahmed, for his service to the nation.
He is described as a steady hand in a transformative era for Nigeria’s energy industry.
Congratulating Ahmed on his birthday, President Tinubu in a statement issued by his Spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, hailed the pioneer head of NMDPRA has been instrumental in stabilising Nigeria’s downstream petroleum sector, ensuring post-subsidy fuel availability and removing fuel queues.
The President also lauded the NMDPRA CEO for laying the foundation for a more transparent, competitive, and consumer-focused energy market.
He wishes him continued strength, wisdom, and good health as he drives forward the Renewed Hope Agenda in the energy sector.
