Pooja Hegde has lately become busy in the Tamil film industry. She has already been working on two high-profile Tamil movies – Retro featuring Suriya and Jana Nayagan starring Thalapathy Vijay.

Now, she is also going to appear in superstar Rajinikanth’s film.

Recent reports suggest that top director Lokesh Kanagaraj has asked Pooja Hegde to perform an item song for his film “Coolie,” which stars Rajinikanth in the lead role.
Rajinikanth doesn’t have a female companion in this movie, and he plays a role that is appropriate to age.

Hence, Lokesh Kanagaraj is planning to add a glam touch to the narrative by including an item song. Pooja Hegde’s involvement is yet to be confirmed.

Performing item songs is not new to Pooja Hegde. She also did the same in “F3,” the Venkatesh and Varun Tej starrer.
