No Promotions for Anushka's Film Yet
Anushka Shetty and director Krish have teamed up for the second time, but there’s surprisingly little promotional buzz around their latest film, Ghaati, even as its release date approaches.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 11, 2025.
With less than three weeks to go, the makers have yet to kick off any major promotional campaign.
In the past, Anushka stayed away from promotions due to weight-related concerns, but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time.
She has reportedly agreed to give select media interviews and attend one promotional event. Meanwhile, director Krish is expected to take charge of the promotional efforts.
Since the OTT rights have already been sold to Amazon Prime Video, the producers are reportedly not under much pressure to begin early promotions.
As a result, the campaign is expected to start a little closer to the release.
Ghaati is a woman-centric film, with Anushka Shetty playing the role of a ganja smuggling queen.
