The No. 7 nationally ranked Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball team opened the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Tournament by defeating La Roche (Pa.) University in the First Round by a final score of 63-53 in Usprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center.

BW (27-1) advances to the Second Round on Saturday, March 8 at 6:30 p.m. where they will host No. 19 nationally ranked Washington & Lee (Va.) University. La Roche (22-6) ends their season.
