Sophomore guard Jackson Bell drilled a three-pointer with 18 seconds left on the clock to turn a one-point deficit into a two-point lead as the third-seeded Roanoke College men's basketball team outlasted the University of Lynchburg 96-92 in overtime in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Tournament Semifinals.

Christopher Newport University was plagued by poor shooting Saturday night, and the eighth-ranked Captains fell to the University of Mary Washington, 71-66, in the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Championship game. The Captains, the top seed in the four-team tourney, are now 22-5 and the defeat snapped a streak of three straight C2C tournament titles for John Krikorian's squad, as well as an eight-game winning streak. Mary Washington, now 13-14, receives the NCAA Division III Tournament automatic bid by virtue of the victory. With the five-point triumph, the Eagles snapped a 14-game losing streak to the Captains dating back to 2019, including two defeats this season.

NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – The fourth-seeded Plattsburgh State men's basketball team fell in a State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) semifinal game on Friday night to top-seeded New Paltz, as the Hawks won 74-72. The Cardinals led by two with a little over a minute left but a late bucket plus the free throw from the Hawks was enough for them to hold on for the win.

Johns Hopkins scored the final five points of the game to beat Gettysburg, 69-67, in overtime in the Centennial Conference Semifinals Friday night at Goldfarb Gym. The Blue Jays improve to 17-9 and advance to the championship game for the seventh straight year.

Montclair, NJ: The Montclair State University men's basketball team defeated Ramapo College in overtime of the NJAC Championship game, 91-85. The Red Hawks (21-6) earned the conference's automatic bid to the upcoming NCAA Tournament. The Roadrunners (20-7) will wait to hear their name called on Monday afternoon when the full 64-team NCAA bracket is revealed. The selection show is set to air at noon on www.ncaa.com.

For the second consecutive season, and fifth time in program history, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville men's basketball team (25-2) were crowned WIAC Tournament Champions after putting together a dominant 89-68 home win over UW-La Crosse (22-5) on Friday night inside Williams Fieldhouse.
