Southern Oregon hotel group partners with local vineyard to launch new limited edition wine collection 

— Neuman Hotel Group proudly announces the launch of “Neuman Reserve,” a limited-edition wine collection created in partnership with the acclaimed Irvine & Roberts Vineyard in Ashland, Oregon. Exclusively produced for Neuman Hotel Group, this bespoke line debuts as LARKS Home Kitchen & Cuisine—one of the group’s flagship properties—celebrates receiving the prestigious 2025 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards.

This special red blend, crafted from organic grapes, marks a meaningful milestone: 100 years of the historic Ashland Springs Hotel, 25 years of Neuman Hotel Group, and 20 years of LARKS. The Neuman Reserve consists of three exclusive wines: The 2023 Neuman Reserve Red Blend, the 2023 Estate Chardonnay, and the 2023 Estate Pinot Noir. The Red Blend is a bold, elegant expression of Southern Oregon’s unique terroir–created to honor the enduring spirit of hospitality that defines Neuman’s Ashland properties, including the landmark Ashland Springs Hotel, now celebrating its 100th anniversary. The 2023 Estate Chardonnay and the 2023 Estate Pinot Noir are two single-varietal wines made with LIVE Certified Sustainable grapes. 

Sourced from vines planted at the convergence of the Cascade and Siskiyou Mountains, both the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reflect the remarkable geography, warm days, and cool nights of the Rogue Valley, resulting in wines that are vibrant, expressive, and deeply rooted in place.

Notably, Irvine & Roberts Vineyards and the Rogue Valley AVA have been nominated in USA Today’s 2025 Readers’ Choice 10Best Awards, further cementing the region’s rising national reputation. This recognition presents a valuable opportunity for these iconic Ashland businesses to collaborate in crafting unique, locally-sourced wines.

The 2023 Neuman Reserve Red Blend is available for purchase starting Thursday, July 3rd, at LARKS, as well as at the front desk at Ashland Springs Hotel and Lithia Springs Resort. The 2023 Estate Chardonnay will be released in the fall of 2025, and the 2023 Estate Pinot Noir will be released in the winter of 2025.
