About this Event

Have you experienced stress burnout before? Identifying and becoming more mindful of stress symptoms is one way to manage your symptoms before they build too high. One technique is self-care and the three R’s. This acronym is easily remembered and applied to everyday life to assist in preventing stress burnout.
