Whittney Dawn, a 27-year-old mother from the US, has generated significant controversy and outrage by revealing her desire for a tenth child, despite already having nine. She is notable for having her children with four different fathers. Dawn first became pregnant at the age of 16 and has had a child nearly every year since, fulfilling her long-held wish for a large family.

Her current family includes Brandon, 10; Kinley, 9; Namaya, 8; Dawson, 7; twins Cambriella and Camden, 5; Octavia, 4; Liam, 3; and Kyus, who is two months old. Her second partner adopted her eldest daughter, Brandon, as his own, and together they had three more children. Following the end of that relationship, she had twins with another man. Currently, Whittney is settled with her fourth partner and husband, William. The couple shares three biological children and actively plans to have another, with William reportedly embracing her large existing family.

Whittney has faced a wave of negative comments and criticism on her social media platforms. Many commenters advise her to use birth control, question her ability to support such a large family financially, or accuse her of having children irresponsibly. Despite her own family expressing reservations about her having more children, Whittney remains defiant, stating, “Make me” in response to critics. She acknowledges that she might stop having children one day but is uncertain when that day will come.

The YouTube video detailing her story garnered over 11,000 views and prompted widespread reactions. Viewers expressed concern about the lack of individual attention each child might receive, the potential for older children to be parentified, and the adequacy of their living conditions. Other comments highlighted the financial strain and the social implications of having children with multiple fathers, questioning if it was something to boast about.
