This distinctive location was made possible by a special honor bestowed upon Mel B: she received the distinction of becoming a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) from Prince William in 2022, in recognition of her significant work in raising awareness about domestic violence issues. She shared that being allowed to marry there was a "big deal" as it's reserved for those considered "special."

For the nuptials, Mel B walked down the aisle in a custom luxurious ivory gown designed by Josephine Scott, featuring a neckline embedded with pearls, a long veil, and a pair of white heels.
