President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Friday led the launch of the Bagong Pilipinas EGOVPH Serbisyo Hub. 

The said hub is situated in the City of San Juan. Marcos aims to make government services more accessible to the public.

'So, it’s very nice for me to be able to open the one-stop shop here in San Juan because it is not only – hindi lang naman sa Maynila ito, hindi lamang sa San Juan, kung hindi sa buong Pilipinas. Iyan ang ating ginagawa na magkaroon,'' Marcos said in his speech.

''Matagal na natin naririnig ‘yung term na “one-stop shop”. Ngunit kung minsan matagal nang – ang nararanasan ng mga kababayan natin ay hindi talaga na – hindi pa nararamdaman ‘yung magandang talagang sistema na one-stop shop,'' he added. 

The Bagong Pilipinas EGOVPH Serbisyo Hub (BPESH) will provide an integrated platform for the sustained delivery of essential public assistance and services, which is readily accessible to the public. 

This hub also aims to provide an opportunity for the President to regularly interact with the public and obtain a first-hand account of the experiences, concerns, and needs of the public. He can personally and directly inform the citizenry about the work of the government and its valuable partners.
