Mali - Strasbourg-signs-Traore-just-out-of-college
SIG Strasbourg (Betclic ELITE ProA) signed 23-year-old Mali forward Fousseyni Traore (198cm-109kg-2002) for the upcoming 2025-26 season. He just graduated from Brigham Young University (NCAA). He has played there for the last four years. Traore helped them to make it to the semifinals and they also made it to the NCAA Sweet 16. During Traore's high school career, he had spent at Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, UT.
As mentioned above, he is just out of college and it will be his first full season as a pro.
He represented Mali at the World Cup U19 in Latvia four years ago. His team won Gold and he had an average of nearly 5 points per game.
