Lexus has officially entered the large electric SUV segment with the 2027 Lexus TZ electric SUV, marking its first three-row battery-electric model designed for the luxury market.

The SUV is expected to deliver around 300 miles of range and will compete directly with models like the Volvo EX90 electric SUV and other premium EVs in its category.

Built on Toyota’s TNGA vehicle platform, the TZ is engineered for improved stability, performance, and electrification flexibility across multiple drive modes.

It will feature dual battery options, advanced regenerative braking, and driving modes such as Eco and Sport, alongside comfort-focused settings for rear passengers.
