That is because iOS 26 hasn’t been released to the general public yet. It is still undergoing beta testing, which I would advise you not to update to. Your iPhone 16 Pro will receive it when it is released.

It's a beta and not yet available to the general public. If you're part of one of Apple's testing programs, follow the instructions provided through it, or ask its staff.
