Interesting that your iPhone came with 100% battery health, since it was discontinued in February of 2025, so at the minimum it should have already degraded a bit sitting in a box. It’s possible it was “battery boosted”, which unauthorized third-party shops do to make the battery seem newer. Use the link Bob Timmons provided and see if it’s an Authorized Reseller. If it is, and the battery drops to 80% within 1 year, Apple should replace it at no cost under warranty. But if it isn’t, there’s no telling what unauthorized shops do so you’ll need to return to them to make it right. Apple won’t service it.

That’s why I asked model details. Other than the 14 the rest were discontinued earlier.
